If for any reason your Thermomat or Thermofuild units develops a fault, JMW Medical Ltd can provide a full repair and calibration service under the units warranty or at competitive price. JMW Medical Ltd recommend that you calibrate your Thermomat and Thermofulid units annually.

If you do have any need to return units to JMW Medical Ltd for repair or calibration, please send them to the address given here enclosing a decontamination certificate.

PLEASE NOTE: All items returned to JMW Medical Ltd MUST have a decontamination certificate returned with the item. If you are unsure on any point please contact JMW Medical Ltd before the items are returned.
